Selecting a minivan by passengers and belongings
For six passengers, the V-Class and Vito can be compared; for seven - Vito, since the presented V-Class has six passenger seats. If there are more than seven people, consider a minibus.
The number of seats does not include the promise to carry any amount of luggage: please provide the number and size of suitcases, stroller and large items.
To meet a delegation, the address and time of each visit, the contact of the person meeting and the waiting conditions are important. For families, additionally indicate the age of the children and the required restraints.
Specific equipment and the ability to provide it are confirmed before the trip.
Example of transparent V-Class calculation
Confirmed condition of V-Class: 3 hours of rental plus 1 hour of vehicle positioning, each paid hour - 3,500 ₽. The minimum charge is 4 × 3,500 ₽ = 14,000 ₽.
This is three hours of work according to the agreed itinerary and one paid hour of vehicle positioning; four hours does not mean four hours of travel with passengers.
For transfers from the airport, there is a separate basic tariff item - 17,500 ₽ between the airport and an address within the Moscow Ring Road. Do not add the hourly minimum and transfer automatically: first, the appropriate service format is selected, then the route and additional conditions are agreed upon.
What trips is a minivan suitable for?
On a business trip, meeting addresses and intervals between them are important. For an airport - flight number, terminal and number of items.
At a wedding or family event - passenger readiness time, stops and return service.
If the group consists of several families or arrives on different journeys, first describe the logistics. Sometimes one minivan can complete consecutive trips, and sometimes a different vehicle is needed for the overall arrival time.

No. Minimum V-Class - 3 hours rental and 1 hour vehicle positioning. At a rate of 3,500 ₽, four hours are paid, a total of 14,000 ₽.
What to choose for seven passengers?
Mercedes-Benz Vito is presented with 7 passenger seats. The V-Class in this selection has 6 seats. Please agree on the luggage volume separately.
How is a minivan different from a minibus?
The minivan is designed for smaller groups; The V-Class as presented has seating for 6, the Vito for 7. For a larger group, check out the minibuses.
Will suitcases fit when fully seated?

The first number is the rental hours for your trip. The second is billable positioning hours: transportation to the pick-up point and return to the garage.
3 hours rental + 1 hour vehicle positioning = 4 billable hours.
Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.
