First, count passengers, then separately suitcases, strollers and large items. A vehicle with the required number of seats does not necessarily accommodate all the luggage. Please provide quantity and approximate size of bags to confirm specific option.
For a small group you can consider a minivan, for a group of up to 19 people - a suitable minibus, for a large group - a touring coach. Capacity and luggage compartment are checked for the selected vehicle.
To calculate, you need the address, date, direction of travel, number of stops and chosen transport. In the prices section there are basic rates: airport ↔ address within the Moscow Ring Road; they do not replace the approval of a specific order.
Specify separately the parking, the duration of the included wait and the procedure for paying for the delay. You should not consider waiting free or unlimited until this is confirmed in the order.
Please report the time change as soon as it is known. If the terminal or flight number has changed, please provide this information as well. The possibility of transferring vehicle positioning and additional costs must be agreed with the dispatcher.
For departure travel, please indicate your desired time of arrival at the airport. The departure time is chosen taking into account the road and the airline's check-in recommendations. You cannot promise a fixed travel time without an address and traffic situation.
Yes, please indicate one direction in your application. Meeting after arrival and seeing off for departure are calculated according to their date, time and route.
If you need a sign, write about it in advance. The meeting place, accompanying person and the cost of additional services are confirmed upon agreement.

Outside the Moscow Ring Road, a range is shown, not a single price for the zone: a free threshold of 12 km, then an additional payment according to the terms of the tariff in 30-minute increments. Meet-and-greet with a name sign costs 2,000 RUB. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately at cost. Base prices exclude discounts, peak-demand surcharges and the surcharge for non-cash payment. The calculator includes any options you select.

4 hours rental + 2 hours vehicle positioning = 6 billable hours.
Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.
When arriving from the airport, we wait 1 hour for free. For pick-ups from a railway station or another address - 30 minutes. Further waiting is paid at the hourly rate of the selected vehicle.
