Where will the vehicle be delivered?
To the agreed address from your order. This could be a hotel, office, airport or other suitable pick-up point. The company address does not replace the pick-up address.
Can I come without an appointment?
First, contact us and arrange a meeting time. Find out what documents or questions need to be prepared for your arrival.
How do I report a change in route or time?
Contact the manager with whom you coordinated the order and provide new data. Changes must be confirmed as they may affect transport schedules and costs.
Where can I view the license and document forms?
In documents section scans of licenses, registration information, samples of an agreement, application, invoice and act, as well as a passenger list form are posted.
