Why are the price of an hour and the price of an order different?

The hourly rate is the price per billable hour. The minimum charge is the lowest base price for the relevant booking. Even a short journey may be subject to the minimum booking period. Positioning time and minimum charges vary by vehicle.

Example for V-Class

Three hours of rental and one hour of vehicle positioning are paid at 3,500 ₽: (3 + 1) × 3,500 ₽ = 14,000 ₽. The amount includes 10,500 ₽ for three hours of rental and 3,500 ₽ per hour of vehicle positioning. Airport transfer in the tariff table is an independent format, not an addition to this amount.

How to compare two offers

Check if the date, model and capacity, route, vehicle positioning, waiting, return and additional services are the same. Please check separately the calculation for the Moscow Ring Road, toll roads and parking lots. Confirm tax conditions and payment method in the offer and contract: they are not mentioned in this table.

Meet-and-greet with a name sign costs 2,000 RUB. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately at cost. Base prices exclude discounts, peak-demand surcharges and the surcharge for non-cash payment. The calculator includes any options you select.

What does the 4+2 minimum booking mean?

The first number is the rental hours for your trip. The second is billable positioning hours: transportation to the pick-up point and return to the garage.

4 hours rental + 2 hours vehicle positioning = 6 billable hours.

Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.
