Give the station, train number, date and time of arrival. The contact of the group leader is important for the meeting: after leaving the platform, passengers will need time to get to the agreed point.
Do not schedule boarding at any entrance without approval. A large bus cannot always go to the same place as a passenger taxi.
Send passengers the meeting point and the organizer's phone number in advance. Check the number of people before departure, especially if the group is leaving different carriages.
When departing by train, plan to arrive at the station with enough time to get to the platform. Inform about children, passengers with limited mobility and large luggage before choosing a vehicle.
Basic station rates are presented in the prices section. The address outside the Moscow Ring Road, additional arrivals, paid parking and waiting require separate clarification.
If transport is needed after returning, register a second journey with its date and train number. Availability of a vehicle for one date does not automatically mean a reservation for another.

Pick-ups from railway stations and other addresses include 30 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting is charged at the selected vehicle's hourly rate.
Meet-and-greet with a name sign costs 2,000 RUB. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately at cost. Base prices exclude discounts, peak-demand surcharges and the surcharge for non-cash payment. The calculator includes any options you select.
Get a quote for your route →The first number is the rental hours for your trip. The second is billable positioning hours: transportation to the pick-up point and return to the garage.
4 hours rental + 2 hours vehicle positioning = 6 billable hours.
Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.
When arriving from the airport, we wait 1 hour for free. For pick-ups from a railway station or another address - 30 minutes. Further waiting is paid at the hourly rate of the selected vehicle.
Parking fees and road tolls are not included. The customer pays these separately at cost.
