Transportation package for graduation date
There is a special package rate for a vehicle on the graduation date. This is the cost of the agreed itinerary “institution → graduation site → institution” with waiting at the celebration site.

The price is per bus or minibus, not per passenger. The specific date, route and completion time are fixed in the contract. The availability of the required capacity is confirmed by the manager.
What's included in the package
- Preparation and submission of the notification of child transportation - without a separate additional payment of 1,500 ₽.
- Departure of the vehicle for inspection by traffic police inspectors as part of the preparation for graduation; The place and time will be agreed upon with the organizer.
- Pick-up and boarding at the school or educational institution.
- A trip to the graduation venue.
- Waiting for transport at the site according to the agreed schedule.
- Return transfer and drop-off at the establishment.
All listed services are included in the package. Additional addresses, changes in itinerary and time will be agreed upon in advance and recorded in the contract. We clarify the inspection requirements for a specific graduation with the organizer and the State Traffic Inspectorate.
How to book transport
Inform the date of graduation, address of the institution and site, time of departure and return, number of graduates and adults. We will check available transport and confirm the itinerary and package price. The regular hourly rate does not replace the graduation rate.

Passenger list and contract
Submit the completed list and contract data no later than 3 working days in advance. For an organization you need details, for an individual - the customer’s passport details and registration address. We will prepare the documents and notification ourselves.

When is the best time to book a bus for graduation?
We recommend booking a month or earlier: the closer the date, the smaller the choice. The order is confirmed only if there is free transport.
Are notifications and inspections paid separately?
No. Preparation and submission of the notification, as well as an inspection visit, are included in the graduation package.
Will the bus wait until the end of the holiday?
Yes, waiting at the graduation ceremony is included in the agreed itinerary along with the return transfer to the institution. We fix the return time before placing the order.

Base rates are provided as a guide. Hire rates show the minimum booking within Moscow; transfer prices are for a one-way journey. We will confirm your date, route, duration, luggage and any extra services when preparing your quote.
Meet-and-greet with a name sign costs 2,000 RUB. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately at cost. Base prices exclude discounts, peak-demand surcharges and the surcharge for non-cash payment. The calculator includes any options you select.

The first number is the rental hours for your trip. The second is billable positioning hours: transportation to the pick-up point and return to the garage.
4 hours rental + 2 hours vehicle positioning = 6 billable hours.
Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.
