First the trip problem, then the transport model
Meeting points and luggage are important for transfers; for excursions - microphone and itinerary of stops; for an event - maximum group size and evening transportation; for employees - a repeatable shift schedule. Formulate the task in one message to compare transport according to conditions of use.
For a small company, minivans with 6–7 seats are suitable. For a group - minibuses with 14–19 seats or touring coaches with 53–55 seats. We check capacity and luggage separately.
How to get a clear, itemised quote
Send the date, start and end time, addresses in the desired order, number of passengers and luggage. Indicate the wait, travel outside the Moscow Ring Road, the need to return and additional services.
Ask to indicate the total amount and the conditions for changing the itinerary.
An hourly rate, a minimum charge and a fixed base transfer cost are different indicators. Comparing only the price per hour is not enough: a short route can also be subject to a minimum charge.
The table shows the published baseline values, the final itinerary is agreed upon separately.
Compare transport formats
Minivans are aimed at small groups. Minibuses allow the team or guests of the event to travel together.
Buses are considered for large groups and tourist trips. For actual specifications, see individual vehicle pages.
Availability of the model on date, equipment and terms of provision are confirmed when ordering. If you need a certain interior, number of doors, luggage space or other equipment, indicate this as a requirement.
Agree on the route and contents of the order
List all points, waiting times, stopovers and return trips. Discuss the final cost and what changes might affect it.

Determine the date, route, number of passengers and luggage. This information is needed for selecting transport and making initial estimates.
Can we book several journeys?
Yes, please indicate each journey and your desired arrival time. The possibility of execution by one vehicle or the need for several units is determined according to the schedule.
What affects the cost?
Type of transport, duration of work, route, vehicle positioning, waiting and additional services. The final composition of the calculation must be agreed upon before confirming the order.

Meet-and-greet with a name sign costs 2,000 RUB. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately at cost. Base prices exclude discounts, peak-demand surcharges and the surcharge for non-cash payment. The calculator includes any options you select.

The first number is the rental hours for your trip. The second is billable positioning hours: transportation to the pick-up point and return to the garage.
4 hours rental + 2 hours vehicle positioning = 6 billable hours.
Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.
