What do you need to quote for regular staff transport?
For each journey, indicate the days of the week, shift start time, pick-up points, number of passengers at each point, and required arrival time. Add return journey: shift end time and drop-off order.
It is better to write out different shift schedules on separate lines so as not to mix one-time departures and regular work.
Check the permits, vehicle height and length restrictions at the entrance, the turning point and the permitted pick-up point. If employees need to walk from a stop to a checkpoint, put this in the schedule.
The route should be assessed based on actual addresses and traffic conditions, not just straight-line distance.
How to compare monthly offers
Compare the same number of journeys, operating days, capacity and waiting conditions. The hourly rate from the fleet is not a monthly rate: the regular schedule is calculated separately.
Check the procedure for changing the route, canceling a shift, and replacing a vehicle if necessary.
Bus or minibus for staff
One large bus is convenient with a common meeting point and a common arrival time. Minibuses may be appropriate for small groups or separate destinations.
The choice depends on logistics, not just the total number of employees.
For the production site, check the rules of entry, access, the contact of the person in charge and the place of safe boarding. In your request, please indicate whether you need to enter the territory or whether going to the checkpoint is sufficient.
What to include in the calculation of regular journeys
Provide the schedule, number of working days, route length and required capacity. The conditions for replacing transport, changing the schedule, waiting and calculations must be fixed upon agreement.
A recurring order does not mean automatic availability of any model.

Is it possible to calculate the month using the hourly rate from the fleet?
The hourly rate is a guideline for a one-time order, and not a ready-made monthly rate. Regular staff transport requires work days, journeys, routes, capacity and waiting times.
Is it possible to organize transportation by shift?
Yes, for the calculation please indicate each shift separately: arrival, arrival time, return journey and number of passengers.
What data is needed to evaluate scheduled transportation?
Addresses of stops, schedule by day of the week, passengers by journey, operating period and rules of access to the facility.
Is it possible to change the number of passengers?
Agree on the procedure for changes and acceptable deadlines in advance. If there are more passengers than the vehicle's capacity, other transport or additional journeys will be required.

Meet-and-greet with a name sign costs 2,000 RUB. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately at cost. Base prices exclude discounts, peak-demand surcharges and the surcharge for non-cash payment. The calculator includes any options you select.

The first number is the rental hours for your trip. The second is billable positioning hours: transportation to the pick-up point and return to the garage.
4 hours rental + 2 hours vehicle positioning = 6 billable hours.
Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.
