One pick-up point or several
A shared pick-up can make boarding easier, but may not suit every guest. If there are several pick-up addresses, plan their order and check how long the first passengers will spend on board.
How to arrange a return
Tell us when the event ends and how many people need each return journey. If some guests leave early, we can compare separate pick-ups with keeping a vehicle waiting at the venue.
What to include in your application
Venue address, number of guests, start time, return plan and coordinator contact. Check the possibility of turning around and parking at the restaurant or country complex.
How to prepare an application
Send the date, vehicle positioning address, number of passengers and itinerary with stops. If there are mandatory requirements for the interior or luggage compartment, list them right away.
After selecting an option, check the final cost and conditions for changing the route. The specific vehicle, its equipment and availability are confirmed before placing an order.

Is it possible to take guests to several addresses?
Provide a list of addresses and the number of passengers at each site. Delivery is calculated according to the full route, and not as a trip to one final point.
Can I change the route after calculation?
The change must be agreed upon with the dispatcher. Additional stops, time and mileage may change the cost.

Base rates are provided as a guide. Hire rates show the minimum booking within Moscow; transfer prices are for a one-way journey. We will confirm your date, route, duration, luggage and any extra services when preparing your quote.
Meet-and-greet with a name sign costs 2,000 RUB. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately at cost. Base prices exclude discounts, peak-demand surcharges and the surcharge for non-cash payment. The calculator includes any options you select.

The first number is the rental hours for your trip. The second is billable positioning hours: transportation to the pick-up point and return to the garage.
4 hours rental + 2 hours vehicle positioning = 6 billable hours.
Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.
