Documents and notification - we take care of it
We will help you organize a children's trip: we will prepare an agreement and documents according to the agreed itinerary, draw up and submit a notification to the State Traffic Inspectorate. Cost of preparation and submission of the notification - 1 500 ₽. The customer does not need to independently fill out the notification and deal with its pickup.
What is needed from the customer
- For an organization or sole trader - details and information about the signatory. For an individual - customer data for the contract: full name, date of birth, passport details and registration address.
- Completed list of children and accompanying adults. We will give you the form and help you check it.
- Travel itinerary: date, time, address of the institution, route, stops, return time and contact of the person in charge.
Submit the list and information for the contract no later than 3 working days before the trip. Based on this data, we will prepare documents, check the route details and submit a notification. If the group composition or itinerary changes, please inform the manager immediately.

Enter your children and accompanying adults into the form and send it to the manager no later than 3 business days before the trip.

We submit a notification to the State Traffic Inspectorate 3 working days before the trip. By this date, provide the manager with a completed list of passengers, information for the contract and the agreed itinerary.
Notification deadlines depend on the journey type: at least 24 hours before urban and suburban journeys, and at least 48 hours before intercity journeys. These deadlines apply to one or two buses. For a convoy of three or more, escort arrangements must be agreed separately.
The customer only needs to provide the information on time: the notification is completed by TRANSSERVICE by agreement of the parties. Explanation of the Moscow transport portal.
How we prepare for your trip
- We will agree on the date, route, number of children and adults, and select available transport.
- We will receive information for the contract and the list of passengers no later than 3 working days.
- We will prepare a contract, issue a notification and agree on the boarding details.
- We will deliver a bus to the institution according to the confirmed itinerary.
Questions about transporting children
When is the best time to book a bus?
The sooner the better. We recommend applying a month or even earlier, especially for graduations, holidays and public events. Transportation is possible only if there is available suitable transport.
Who submits a notification to the traffic police?
We prepare and submit the notification in agreement with the customer. The service costs 1,500 ₽. We need information from you for the contract, the itinerary and a completed list of passengers.
Can I send only my passport details?
For a contract with an individual, customer data is required. For the organization - details. To prepare the transportation itself, you will also need a list of children and accompanying adults and an agreed upon travel itinerary.
When to submit the list?
No later than 3 working days before the trip. Submit changes to the manager immediately so that the documents remain relevant.

Base rates are provided as a guide. Hire rates show the minimum booking within Moscow; transfer prices are for a one-way journey. We will confirm your date, route, duration, luggage and any extra services when preparing your quote.
Meet-and-greet with a name sign costs 2,000 RUB. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately at cost. Base prices exclude discounts, peak-demand surcharges and the surcharge for non-cash payment. The calculator includes any options you select.

The first number is the rental hours for your trip. The second is billable positioning hours: transportation to the pick-up point and return to the garage.
4 hours rental + 2 hours vehicle positioning = 6 billable hours.
Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.
