Send us the flight number and the group leader’s contact details. We will plan the pick-up around when passengers are ready with their luggage, rather than the landing time alone.
If passengers arrive on different flights, compare a shared pick-up with separate vehicles. A shared transfer may be less convenient if the first arrivals have a long wait.
State the collection address and desired time of arrival at the airport. If boarding is at the hotel, check if there is a place for the bus to stop and who will help collect the guests.
A list of addresses must be compiled before settlement. Picking up one passenger along the way also takes time and changes the route.
For a family or small delegation, consider a minivan. For a group of up to 19 people - a minibus with a suitable luggage rack. A touring coach is convenient for a large group, but requires separate approval of the boarding location.

Outside the Moscow Ring Road, a range is shown, not a single price for the zone: a free threshold of 12 km, then an additional payment according to the terms of the tariff in 30-minute increments. Meet-and-greet with a name sign costs 2,000 RUB. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately at cost. Base prices exclude discounts, peak-demand surcharges and the surcharge for non-cash payment. The calculator includes any options you select.

4 hours rental + 2 hours vehicle positioning = 6 billable hours.
Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.
When arriving from the airport, we wait 1 hour for free. For pick-ups from a railway station or another address - 30 minutes. Further waiting is paid at the hourly rate of the selected vehicle.
