First count people and luggage
Please indicate the total number of passengers, including accompanying adults. Then list suitcases, carry-on luggage, strollers, sports equipment and large items separately.
For non-standard items, please provide dimensions and the ability to fold them. An empty seat should not be considered a suitable place for any luggage.
Check seating and luggage capacity separately
Sollers Atlant with 14 seats has a large luggage compartment. Agree on the quantity and size of items in advance.
A 14-seat vehicle cannot carry 17 passengers. Choose a 19-seat minibus with luggage space or a larger coach, and confirm that all your luggage will fit.
What to check for a minivan
The V-Class is presented for 6 passengers, the Vito for 7. This is the number of seats, and not a promise to carry a large suitcase for each person.
Confirm both passenger numbers and luggage requirements before booking your airport transfer. When every seat is occupied, luggage capacity must still be checked for the specific vehicle.
What to check for a big bus
Higer, Yutong, King Long and MAN have luggage compartments. Their exact useful volume and permissible load are not indicated here, so the number of suitcases is not calculated based on the number of seats.
For musical equipment, large inventory, or multiple strollers, submit a separate list. Ask to confirm seating prior to ordering, not upon boarding.
