The price depends on the chosen transport and itinerary. Yutong and King Long have a rate of 3,500 ₽/hour, minimum charge in Moscow — 21,000 ₽. For a quote, send us your travel date, times, addresses, passenger numbers and luggage requirements. We will confirm the vehicle and availability once the route has been agreed.

Bus hire for Moscow and trips beyond the city

List your pick-up points, destinations and stops in order, with the waiting time and finish time. If the vehicle needs to stay with your group between visits, include the full hire period. For travel beyond the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD), provide the exact destination, return time and any access restrictions.

For excursions , confirm your stops, microphone requirements and pick-up point after sightseeing. For weddings , tell us the maximum number of guests travelling together and your evening drop-off plans. For staff transport , provide the operating days, shift times and pick-up points. For children's group , transport requirements and documentation must be checked before the booking is confirmed.

Transfer or hourly hire: which is right for you?

If the group requires travel between two agreed upon locations, such as an airport to a hotel, please request transfer by bus. If you need several stops and waiting time, send us your full schedule for an hourly hire quote. A point-to-point transfer has a fixed base price; hourly hire is charged for the time booked.

What to agree on before ordering a bus

  1. Transport: model, passenger seats, luggage and mandatory equipment.
  2. Itinerary: date, pickup, all points, waiting and completion of work.
  3. Cost: total of the itinerary, pickup and additional costs, conditions for changing time.

Base rates are provided as a guide. Hire rates show the minimum booking within Moscow; transfer prices are for a one-way journey. We will confirm your date, route, duration, luggage and any extra services when preparing your quote.

Meet-and-greet with a name sign costs 2,000 RUB. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately at cost. Base prices exclude discounts, peak-demand surcharges and the surcharge for non-cash payment. The calculator includes any options you select.

What does the 4+2 minimum booking mean?

The first number is the rental hours for your trip. The second is billable positioning hours: transportation to the pick-up point and return to the garage.

4 hours rental + 2 hours vehicle positioning = 6 billable hours.

Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.

How much does it cost to rent a bus in Moscow?

Higer KLQ 6952 with 39 seats - 3,100 ₽/hour, minimum 18,600 ₽; HIGER KLQ6128 with 51 seats - 3,300 ₽/hour, minimum 19,800 ₽. For other models and conditions, see the price table. The minimum bus time is 4 hours for rental and 2 hours for vehicle positioning. The customer pays additionally for parking and toll roads.

How to choose a bus for a large group?

For a group of up to 39 people, consider the Higer KLQ 6952, up to 51, the HIGER KLQ6128, up to 53, the Yutong or MAN, and up to 55, the King Long or Higer KLQ6126. Take into account the guide and accompanying adults in the total number of passengers, coordinate luggage separately.

What is included in renting a bus with a driver?

The website presents basic rates for transport with a driver. Vehicle positioning, duration, waiting, stops, travel outside the Moscow Ring Road and additional services must be indicated in the agreed calculation. They should not be considered unconditionally included just for the price per hour.

Is it possible to rent a bus for a trip outside the Moscow Ring Road?

Please provide the full route and return time. Travel outside the Moscow Ring Road is calculated separately: distance, schedule, wait and additional costs are specified for the trip. The city minimum charge price is not a ready-made tariff for any suburban route.

How to order a bus for an excursion, wedding or employees?

Indicate the task, date, pickup and end time, addresses in order, passengers and luggage. For a tour, add the itinerary and microphone requirements; for weddings - daytime and evening journeys; for employees - days of work and shifts. For each task, the site has a separate page with details.
