Make a passenger list
Count those who will actually go along. Ask about child seats and large items before choosing transport.
Reduce unnecessary stops
One or two clear pick-up points are often more convenient than a long route to addresses. Send your guests the pickup location and time in advance.
Consider waiting between events
The ceremony, photo session and reception may take place at different venues. List how long you expect to spend at each stop so we can compare keeping a vehicle with your group against separate transfers.
Appoint a coordinator
On the wedding day, it is better to make the organizer or responsible guest the contact for the driver. Give him a list of stops and a return plan.
