Wedding day route without lost stops
Make a list of points: gathering of guests, ceremony, photo shoot, restaurant and delivery after the holiday. For each location, record arrival and departure times and number of passengers.
If the composition of the group changes during the day, focus on the maximum number of people on one journey.
Separately agree whether the bus will remain waiting at the restaurant or return to the end of the holiday. Late-night drop-offs to several addresses is a separate part of the itinerary, and not an automatically included continuation of the day transfer.

Choosing the right vehicle for your guests
A minivan is designed for a small group of up to 6–7 passengers, minibuses for 14–19, and touring coaches for 53–55. For guests with large items, gifts or strollers, consider luggage.
If black body or leather seats are important, indicate a specific option from the fleet and confirm its availability.
Decorating the vehicle, transporting drinks, interior usage rules and boarding assistance should not remain a verbal guess. List your wishes when ordering and specify any restrictions.
Transport is selected based on the number of passengers and the itinerary, and not just based on photographs.
Choose the right vehicle size and type
A bus is suitable for a large group; a minibus or minivan is suitable for several families. It is better to confirm the number of guests before choosing a vehicle.
Don't forget to take into account the organizer, children and luggage that need to be transported with passengers.
If exterior color, interior design, or a specific model are important, indicate this in advance. The possibility of decoration and the rules for its attachment are agreed upon separately: you cannot count on any decoration option without confirmation.
Coordinate schedule changes
Registration or photo session completion times may change. Before booking, find out how the additional wait is taken into account and who makes the decision to change the route.
One responsible contact on the part of the organizers simplifies communication with the driver.

How many seats do we need for wedding guests?
Count the maximum number of passengers on one journey, including organizers and accompanying adults. Please note that the composition of guests on daytime and evening routes may differ.
Is evening drop-offs included in the day rental?
It must be separately included in the agreed itinerary with addresses and times. It should not be considered automatically enabled.
Do I need a separate order for evening drop-offs?
Please indicate this in your initial request: indicate the time, number of guests and drop-off points. The final schedule and cost are agreed upon in advance.
Can I choose a white bus?
Please indicate color and model as desired. Availability of a suitable vehicle for the wedding date must be confirmed.

Meet-and-greet with a name sign costs 2,000 RUB. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately at cost. Base prices exclude discounts, peak-demand surcharges and the surcharge for non-cash payment. The calculator includes any options you select.

The first number is the rental hours for your trip. The second is billable positioning hours: transportation to the pick-up point and return to the garage.
4 hours rental + 2 hours vehicle positioning = 6 billable hours.
Vehicle positioning time is separate from the time available for your journey. The minimum booking for each model is shown above, and extra time is charged at the applicable rate. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time; railway station and other pick-ups include 30 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate. Parking fees and road tolls are payable separately by the customer.
